“Austro Control” On-Site Construction Offices

Two-story modular office building housing on-site construction offices

A new company headquarters for Austro Control is being built in Schnirchgasse in the 3rd district of Vienna. The construction of the 136 meter high “Austro Tower” is to be completed by the end of 2021. CHV Container completed a two-story modular office building housing the temporary on-site construction offices for the building project.

The modular office building consists of 40 office containers stacked up two-stories high. It includes sanitary– and custom built containers, an internal staircase as well as an exterior terrace on the upper floor.

Ground Floor Office Space

The ground floor of this modular office building house administrative offices and meeting rooms for the local building supervision. In addition storage rooms, a kitchen, WC and sanitary facilities are provided. All offices are accessible via a central access corridor made up of 4 container modules. An internal staircase connects the rooms on the ground floor with the upper floor.

Upper Floor Site Office

The construction offices for project and construction management are located on the upper floor of this modular office building. A outdoor terrace with railings, a kitchen, WC and sanitary facilities as well as further meeting rooms and offices for technical personnel were housed on the upper floor of the building.
